Village Gate is hosting a pancake breakfast and toy drive on
Saturday, December 7 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. (snow date December 15). Village
Gate is located at 88 Scott Swamp Road in
Farmington.
The breakfast is open to the
public with the donation of one new, unwrapped toy per family up to four guests. The collected toys will be distributed as Christmas gifts to less fortunate
children in Hartford County by the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation. Santa Claus
will attend the breakfast and will be available for photographs throughout the
event.
To RSVP or to learn more, please call 860-676-8626. If you are unable to attend but wish to donate a toy or monetary gift, you may visit Village Gate, an official Toys for Tots drop-off site, between November 20 and December 15.
