As a member of the Farmington Town Planning and Zoning Commission, Jay would bring significant consulting expertise to the Commission.
Jay’s background includes twenty-plus years of helping Fortune 500 companies achieve their business objectives through the implementation of effective technical solutions. Jay has built a successful career on his strong foundation in management and consulting, which includes experience as an Account Executive for Hewlett Packard and Eastman Kodak.
In addition to his B.S. in Biology and M.S. in Management, Jay is a graduate of Cornerstones, an Owner-Builders’ school focused on Energy Conservation and Solar Energy design and building.

Jay has been a resident of Farmington for 17 years with his wife Susan and children Jason and Tara, graduates of Farmington High School. He has been active in town as coach for both girls and boys sports teams. He has served as a Cub Master in Unionville, was a member of Irving Robbins Middle School Parent Advisory Board and is a member of the First Church of Christ Building and Grounds Committee.
